Return Conditions
Return Conditions
Quick Summary: Define condition codes that describe the state of returned items when they arrive at the warehouse.
Overview
Return Conditions let you create custom condition codes for classifying returned items. When warehouse staff receive a returned item, they assign a condition code (e.g., "New", "Damaged", "Used") that determines how the item is processed.
Navigate to Returns → Return Conditions to manage condition codes.
Note: If you don't see Return Conditions in your menu, contact your Account Manager to enable it.
Quick Start
