Quick Summary: Get shipping rate quotes by entering package dimensions, destination, and product details.
Overview
The Shipping Calculator lets you get rate quotes before placing orders. Enter your package details and destination to see available couriers, transit times, and prices.
Access the Shipping Calculator from your user menu in the top-right corner -- click your name and select Shipping Calculator.
Note: If you don't see this option, contact your Account Manager to enable it.
Quick Start
- Open the Shipping Calculator
- Select origin and destination countries
- Enter package dimensions and weight
- Enter customs value
- Indicate if the package contains batteries or liquids
- Click Search or Get Quote
- Review available couriers and rates

Tip: You can enter multiple destination countries to compare rates across regions in one search.
Package Details
Two input modes are supported:
Packing Dimensions mode:

SKU mode:
Instead of entering dimensions manually, search for products by SKU, description, or UPC. The system uses the product's saved dimensions and weight.

Results
After submitting, results show available couriers grouped by type.

Viewing Courier Requirements
Each courier in the results has an info icon next to its name. Click the icon to open the Eligible Rules window, which lists the courier's shipping requirements — such as address, name, phone, weight, dimension, and customs value rules — for the destinations it services.
The Countries column shows which destinations each rule applies to. All means the rule applies to every destination the courier services. Rules that apply to no destination at all are not shown, so you won't see a restriction that appears to apply to all countries when it actually applies to none.
If you entered a destination country, the rules are filtered to that country automatically. You can clear the filter to see all rules for the courier.
Tip: Use the info icon to check a courier's rules before placing an order. The same icon is available next to the Courier field in the order form. If an order later shows the Does not meet courier requirements / restrictions exception, see Order Troubleshooting for fixes to common courier rules.
Downloading Results
Use the download button to export rate quotes as a CSV file with columns: Service, Courier Type, Trade Term, Transit Time, Chargeable Weight, and Price.
Note: The final charges will be based on actual chargeable weight determined by the carrier. Calculator results are estimates.

Workflow: Get a Rate Quote for a Shipment
When: You want to know the shipping cost before placing an order.
Steps:
- Open the Shipping Calculator
- Select the origin warehouse or country
- Enter the destination country and postal code
- Enter package dimensions, weight, and customs value
- Set Batteries and Liquids flags
- Click Search or Get Quote
- Review available couriers, transit times, and prices
Result: A list of available couriers with estimated costs and delivery times.
Workflow: Compare Couriers for a Route
When: You want to find the best courier for a specific shipping route.
Steps:
- Open the Shipping Calculator
- Enter your origin and destination details
- Enter package details
- Click Search or Get Quote
- Compare Transit Time, Price, and T&D&F columns across couriers
- Check trade terms (DDP vs DDU) for each option
- Toggle Show original amounts to see unmodified carrier rates
Result: A side-by-side comparison of all couriers available for the route.
Troubleshooting

| Postal code not accepted | Country may not use postal codes | Remove the postal code and try again |
| A service shows as available but the order later fails | The calculator shows base eligibility only — product-level requirements can still reject the shipment | Use the info icon next to the courier to check its requirements (for example, minimum or maximum weights, restricted destinations, or required product data). Fix the requirement or pick a different service |

FAQ's
Are calculator rates guaranteed? Calculator rates are estimates based on current pricing. Final charges may differ based on actual package weight and dimensions confirmed by the carrier.
What is chargeable weight? Couriers charge by whichever is higher: actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight. Volumetric weight is calculated from the package dimensions.
How do I see which validation rules apply to my shipments?
Every courier has its own eligibility rules — address formats, item restrictions, destination coverage, and product-level requirements. You can inspect them yourself: select a courier in the calculator and click the info icon next to the courier name. A panel opens with that courier's requirements. When an order fails validation, the error message names the rule that blocked it; if a rule looks wrong for your shipment, contact your Account Manager with the order reference and the exact error text.
Can I compare rates for multiple destinations at once?
Yes. Enter multiple countries in the Countries field to see rates for all destinations in one search.
