Quick Summary: View and generate pallet documents — consolidated shipping documents for groups of orders.
Overview
The Documents section provides access to pallet documents — consolidated shipping documents generated for groups of orders. Pallets group multiple orders shipping via the same courier into a single document set for streamlined handoff.
Navigate to Documents > Pallets List to view all your pallet documents.
Note: If you don't see Documents in your menu, contact your Account Manager to enable it.
Quick Start
- Navigate to Documents > Pallets List
- Find the pallet document with status Draft
- Click Generate to create the document
- Wait for the status to change to Confirmed (processes automatically, may take a few minutes)
- Click the download icon to save the document
Pallets List
The pallets list shows all your pallet documents with these columns:

| Created Date | Date the pallet record was created |
| Error | Error details if generation failed (shows "-" when no errors) |
| Status | Current status of the pallet document |
Filtering
Use the filter icon to filter pallets by Status. You can select multiple statuses to narrow your view.
Pallet Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Pallet created but document not yet generated. Click Generate to start |
| Generating | Document is being created. Wait for processing to complete |
| Confirmed | Document generated successfully. Click the download icon to save |
| Failed | Document generation encountered an error. Check the Error column for details |
Actions

| Generate | Status is Draft | Start generating the pallet document. Orders in the pallet must have tracking numbers, use the same courier, and the courier must support pallets |

Workflows
Workflow: Generate a Pallet Document
When: You have a pallet in Draft status ready for document generation.
Steps:
- Navigate to Documents > Pallets List
- Find the pallet with status Draft
- Click the Generate button on that row
- The status changes to Generating while the document is created
- Once complete, the status changes to Confirmed
- Click the download icon to save the document
Result: The consolidated shipping document is available for download.
Note: If generation fails, the status changes to Failed and error details appear in the Error column.
Generation Requirements
For a pallet document to generate successfully:
- At least one order in the pallet must have a tracking number
- All orders must use the same courier
- The courier must support pallet documents
If any requirement is not met, generation will fail and an error message will explain the issue.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Generate button not visible | Pallet is not in Draft status | Only draft pallets can be generated. Check the status column |
| Generation fails with error | No orders have tracking numbers | Ensure at least one order in the pallet has been fulfilled and has a tracking number assigned |
| Generation fails — mixed couriers | Orders use different courier services | All orders in a pallet must ship via the same courier. Check your order assignments |
| Document not downloading | Browser blocking popup or download | Check your browser's download settings and popup blocker |
| Documents menu not visible | Feature not enabled for your account | Contact your Account Manager to enable Documents |
