ASN List

Quick Summary: Navigate, search, and filter your inbound shipments from the ASN list page.

Overview

The ASN list page shows all your inbound shipments. Access it from Inventory → ASN in the navigation menu.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Inventory → ASN
  2. Use the search bar or filters to find a specific ASN
  3. Click the Floship ID link to open the detail page
  4. Review status, items, and tracking information
  5. Click + to create a new ASN

List Columns

Column Description
ASN Date Date the ASN was created
Floship ID The system-generated ASN number
Warehouse Destination warehouse
Reference Your reference number for the shipment
Tracking Carrier tracking number
Status Current ASN status (Draft, Pending Arrival, etc.)
ETA Estimated arrival date at the warehouse
Client Approval Date Date you submitted the ASN to the warehouse
Inbound Date Date the warehouse approved the ASN
Piece Count Total number of packages in the shipment
Grouped By Grouping label (only shown when Grouped By filter is active)

Note: The Warehouse column is hidden if your account is set up with a single warehouse.

Stats Panel

The top of the list shows summary statistics:

Stat Description
Total ASN Total number of ASNs
Avg. ASN's/Mo Average ASNs created per month
In Review ASNs currently being reviewed by the warehouse
Approved ASNs that have been approved
On Hold ASNs on hold pending resolution
Pending Arrival ASNs waiting for the shipment to arrive
Draft ASNs still in draft
Inbound Transit Time Average time from submission to warehouse receipt
Avg. Inbound CBM/Mo Average cubic meters received per month

Use the search bar to find ASNs by: - Floship ASN Number - Reference Number - Tracking Number - Invoice Reference - Product SKU

Filters

Click the Filter button to narrow the list:

Filter Description
Status Filter by ASN status
Warehouse Filter by destination warehouse
ASN Type Filter by type (ASN, RASN, QASN)
Source Filter by creation source
Add Piece Count Filter by piece count
Grouped By Filter by group label

Status Filter Options

  • Draft
  • Pending Arrival
  • In Review
  • Approved
  • On Hold
  • Canceled
  • Send failed
  • Retrying

Date Filter

Use the date filter in the toolbar to filter by ASN creation date range.

Actions

Create ASN

Click the + button in the toolbar to create a new ASN. See Creating an ASN for the full flow.

Export

Click the Download icon in the toolbar to export the current list to a file. The export respects any active filters. The file downloads automatically when ready — and downloads only once, even if the portal is open in several browser tabs.

View Detail

Click any ASN row to open its detail page. From the detail page you can edit, copy, delete, or change the status. See ASN Statuses for available actions per status.

Workflows

Workflow: Find a Specific ASN

When: You need to check the status of an inbound shipment.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory → ASN
  2. Enter the reference number, tracking number, or Floship ASN number in the search bar
  3. Click the Floship ID link on the matching ASN
  4. Review the Status and details

Result: The ASN detail page shows current status, items, and tracking information.

Workflow: Filter ASNs by Status

When: You want to see all ASNs in a particular status (e.g., all pending arrival).

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory → ASN
  2. Click the Filter button
  3. Select the desired Status (e.g., Pending Arrival, In Review, On Hold)
  4. Review the filtered list

Result: The list shows only ASNs matching the selected status.

Workflow: Export ASN Data

When: You need ASN records for reporting or reconciliation.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory → ASN
  2. Apply any filters to narrow the list
  3. Set the date range if needed
  4. Click the Download icon in the toolbar

Result: A file is generated with the current filtered list of ASNs. It downloads automatically when ready — once, even if the portal is open in several browser tabs.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Solution
ASN not showing in list Filter is hiding it Clear all filters and search again
Cannot find ASN by reference Reference was not set on the ASN Search by tracking number or Floship ASN Number instead
+ button not visible Your account does not have ASN write permission Contact your Account Manager to enable ASN access
Export file is empty No ASNs match the current filters Clear filters or adjust the date range
