FedEx Integration

Quick Summary: Connect your FedEx account to ship orders using your own FedEx rates and services.

Overview

The FedEx Integration lets you connect your own FedEx shipping account to Floship. Once connected, you can:

  • Ship orders using your FedEx account rates
  • Select which FedEx services to enable (e.g., FedEx International Priority, FedEx Ground)
  • Configure special services like signature options
  • Enable or disable the integration at any time

FedEx integrations appear on the Integrations page alongside your e-commerce integrations.

Note: If you don't see the option to add a FedEx integration, contact your Account Manager to enable it.

Prerequisites

Before connecting FedEx, you need:

  • A valid FedEx account number
  • Your FedEx account billing address (must match the address on file with FedEx)
  • Write permission on Integrations in your portal

Note: If you don't have write access, ask your company administrator to update your permissions.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Integrations
  2. Click the + button to add a new integration
  3. Select FedEx from the available couriers
  4. Read and accept the FedEx End-User License Agreement
  5. Enter your Account Number, Region, and Billing Address
  6. Add at least one FedEx service and click Complete

You can also download a PDF copy of the EULA using the Download EULA button in the top-right corner.
