Notifications

Quick Summary: Choose Portal alerts and email reports, then select Save.

Overview

Notification settings control push alerts in the Portal notification bell and scheduled emails. Some settings apply to the whole account. Others apply only to your user.

Account settings can change alerts for colleagues. Check the scope before you save a shared setting. Available controls depend on your access and features enabled for the account.

Quick start

  1. Open your username menu, then select Account Management.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Choose options under Portal and Email.
  4. Enter a threshold in Low Balance Alert Amount when available.
  5. Select Save and confirm Notifications updated.

Detailed guide

Portal notifications

Portal alerts appear in the notification bell. Select the bell to review them. Real-time delivery can recover automatically after a connection interruption.

Setting Applies to Alert
Order Fulfilled Account An order was fulfilled
Incomplete Orders Account Orders need information
Cancellation Your user An order was cancelled
Webhook deactivation Account A failed webhook was set to disable

Additional alerts appear when your access enables them:

Setting Applies to Alert
ASN Received Account An inbound shipment was received
Low Stock Account An item has low stock

Email notifications

Email reports are sent to the recipients selected by each setting. Some reports go to company admins. Other choices apply to your own email.

Setting Applies to Email
Incomplete Orders Account Daily email to active company admins
Daily Fulfillment Summary Email Your user Daily fulfillment summary
Daily Canceled Orders Email Your user Daily canceled orders
Daily Pending Fulfillment Orders Email Your user Daily orders awaiting fulfillment
Daily Inventory Report Account Daily inventory report for eligible users
ASN Operations Email Your user Inbound status updates
Daily Returns Report Company-admin user Daily return activity
First In Transit Email Your user; company admins Return RMA first transit update

ASN Operations Email requires inbound shipment access. Its toggle is disabled without that access. Daily Returns Report delivery is limited to active company admins. First In Transit Email appears only for company admins.

Low balance alert

Low Balance Alert Amount sets an account threshold. The alert can email active users with billing access when the balance falls below that amount.

Enter the threshold shown by the field. Leave the setting blank when you do not want this custom threshold. Account alert controls can still affect delivery.

Common workflows

  • To receive daily fulfillment reports, enable Daily Fulfillment Summary Email.
  • To receive low stock alerts, enable Low Stock.
  • To warn about a low balance, set Low Balance Alert Amount.

Select Save after each change.
