Master Orders
Master Orders
Quick Summary: View consolidated shipments where compatible orders are grouped under one master shipment.
Overview
Master Orders (also called Consolidation Orders) are created when compatible orders are grouped into a single master shipment. Compatibility is based on the client account, source country, warehouse or fulfillment location, and courier setup. This can reduce shipping costs and simplify delivery for your customers. Master orders appear in a dedicated list and link to the individual orders they contain.
Quick Start
- Navigate to Orders → Master Orders
- Browse the list of consolidated shipments
- Use search, date, or status filters to find specific master orders
- Click on a master order to view its details and the orders it contains
- Check the Tracking tab for shipment progress
Note: Opening a master order and its Tracking tab requires Returns to be enabled for your account. Contact your Account Manager if you cannot open one.

- Order information — courier, status, dates, and shipping details
- Child orders — the individual orders combined into this shipment
- Tracking — master shipment tracking and, where split-courier consolidation applies, child shipment tracking
How Consolidation Works
Consolidation happens when eligible orders share the required consolidation keys: client account, source country, warehouse or fulfillment location, child courier, and configured master courier when split-courier consolidation is enabled. The individual orders become "child orders" under a single master order. The master order gets the master shipping label and master tracking number; in split-courier flows, child orders can also keep their child courier tracking.
Key points: - You do not create master orders manually — they are created automatically during warehouse processing - Each child order retains its own status and details - Tracking information is available on the master order, and child tracking can be visible for split-courier shipments - Shipping cost applies to the consolidated shipment, not individual orders
Regular Orders vs. Consolidation Orders
Supported shipment consolidation groups eligible shipments through the portal's consolidation workflow. It does not merge ordinary existing sales orders or move order lines between them. If an existing order needs a different shipping arrangement, review its available actions or contact your Account Manager; do not assume that existing orders can be merged.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot find an order in the regular list | The order may have been consolidated into a master order | Search in Orders → Master Orders for the recipient or reference |
| Master order shows no tracking | Tracking may not yet be available from the courier | Wait for the courier to scan the shipment; tracking updates automatically |
| Orders not being consolidated | Orders may have different warehouses or fulfillment status, shipping options, value-added services, packaging restrictions, courier setup, or processing times | Check the order details and contact your Account Manager if you need help with supported consolidation options |
