Other platforms

Quick summary: Find the right setup route for a platform in Integrations.

Quick start

In the username menu at the top right, select Account Management, then select Integrations.

  1. Select +, Add New Integration, or Connect a Store when shown.
  2. Select the platform for your store, marketplace, or operations service.
  3. Follow the fields or authorization steps shown on its card.
  4. Select Save when it appears, then finish any platform prompt.

The new card should appear in Integrations. A visible card does not prove that the provider accepts new connections. Follow the current setup shown for your account.

Overview

Use this page when a platform is not covered by one of the dedicated guides. The setup route controls who completes the connection and which fields appear.

The + window groups available connections under Tracking, Courier, Market Place Integrations, and API Integration. Not every group appears for every account. API Integration opens the developer documentation.

The selection window lists the platform cards available to your account. The notes below cover entries with different setup paths.

Amazon

The regional Amazon cards use a partner-mediated route through CartRover. The former direct connector used Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS).

Amazon's official notice says affected Orders, merchant fulfillment, and Reports services stopped on August 31, 2023. All MWS access ended on March 31, 2024.

Do not obtain or reauthorize MWS credentials for a new connection. Ask your Account Manager for the current partner route.

Connecting

Select the card for your marketplace, name the connection, and save it. Your Account Manager provides the current secure setup step. Existing records can remain available for history and diagnosis.

Amazon values used during setup

The card may still show historical MWS wording or fields. Treat Seller ID and MWS Auth Token references as historical. Use the partner instructions from your Account Manager for a new setup.

Each marketplace uses a separate card. Confirm the intended region before saving a new connection.

Magento

Magento and Magento 2 are separate cards. Adobe's final Magento 1 security bulletin marks Magento 1 as unsupported. Confirm compatibility with your Account Manager before using the legacy card.

Connecting (Magento 1)

Contact your Account Manager before starting a new legacy Magento connection. The card is retained for legacy deployments and existing records.

Connecting (Magento 2)

  1. Select Magento 2 and enter the HTTPS storefront base URL in Shop URL, without /rest/V1 or the administrator login path. Keep any Magento installation subdirectory.
  2. Under Connection method, select Connect through Magento, then select Connect with Magento. The portal shows a Callback URL, an Identity Link URL, and the setup expiry time.
  3. In Magento, ask your store administrator to open System → Extensions → Integrations and add or edit the FedEx integration. Copy the displayed URLs into its Callback URL and Identity Link URL fields. Grant permission to read orders and create shipments with tracking.
  4. For a new integration in Magento, select Save and Activate, then Allow. For an existing active integration, select Reauthorize and confirm reauthorization. Allow the account-linking popup and sign in with the same portal account that started the connection if prompted.
  5. Return to the portal and wait for Magento connected. Review the order settings, confirm Status is Active when you are ready, and select Save. A newly connected integration stays inactive until you save its settings.
  6. Verify an eligible test order and its shipment update before starting normal operations. A successful connection checks access to orders; it does not prove permission to create shipments.

This connection method receives the OAuth keys automatically. Do not enter keys or a Magento administrator password in the portal. Complete setup before the displayed expiry time. If it expires, select Connect with Magento again and replace both URLs in Magento before authorizing again.

To enter keys yourself, select Enter OAuth credentials under Connection method. Ask the Magento administrator to create and activate an integration with the same permissions, then enter its Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret and select Save. Saved keys are not displayed. Leave all four fields blank to keep them, or replace all four together. After changing Shop URL, reconnect through Magento or enter all four keys for the new address.

Existing administrator-based connections keep their saved access until you reconnect with OAuth. The portal no longer offers administrator username and password entry.

Administrator two-factor authentication can stay enabled. Complete any Magento sign-in and two-factor checks in Magento. See Adobe's OAuth connection guidance.

Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service uses a different authentication method. Ask your Account Manager to confirm compatibility before connecting that deployment.

Key settings

Both cards can show Status, Pull Customs Value From, and Use Checkout Currency. Magento 2 also shows Location, Weight Units, and Send customer shipment notice. Use the labels on the card for the selected product version.

ShipStation

The ShipStation card uses ShipStation API V1. ShipStation's API overview describes V1 as legacy but supported for existing integrations. Its V1 getting started guide says access depends on the ShipStation plan.

Select ShipStation and enter API Key and API Secret. Select Save after changing the visible settings.

ShipStation V2 credentials do not replace requirements for this V1 connection.

BigCommerce

BigCommerce uses CartRover as its connection layer. Save the integration card, then contact your FedEx Account Manager for the secure authorization step.

Do not enter a shared BigCommerce password on the card. Complete the provider authorization supplied by your Account Manager.

BigCommerce lists CartRover as its marketplace integration. Confirm the connection and a newer eligible order after setup.

Historical orders

The BigCommerce page has no Sync Start Date or history import button. Ask your Account Manager about older orders and provide the target date range and sample order references.

TikTok

The TikTok card appears only when the connection is enabled for your account. Follow the current card and Account Manager instructions.

The card can show Sync Inventory, Inventory Threshold, Sync Order Status, and Use Checkout Currency. A saved inventory setting does not prove that TikTok received a stock update. Verify the affected TikTok listing after a stock change.

Do not treat a missing or unsupported order, shipping, or shop type as a current provider capability. Confirm the supported scope before setup.

Salla

See Salla Integration for connection details, settings, filters, and reauthorization.

Quick reference

Select Salla, enter your store domain, and complete the Salla authorization shown on the card. Configure only the settings shown for your account.

Shopline

See Shopline Integration for the full setup guide.

Shopline appears when the connection is enabled for your account. The card uses Shopline authorization and its own order, inventory, and return settings.

Brightpearl

Select Brightpearl and complete Datacenter, Account ID, Account token, and App name. Select Save after reviewing the status and sync settings.

Newegg

Select Newegg and enter API Secret Key and Seller ID. Select Save after reviewing Status.

Webshipper

Select Webshipper, enter the account name, user name, and password, then select Continue. Use only the first part of the Webshipper login URL as the account name.

After connection, review Status, Send fulfillment documents, Pull Customs Value From, and Use Checkout Currency. Send fulfillment documents controls document delivery. It does not mark the source order fulfilled.

Use Webshipper's API documentation for current provider behavior.

Partner-mediated cards

These cards require assistance from FedEx or a partner network. Save the card only when its instructions require that request. Wait for the secure setup path from your Account Manager.

Card Setup follow-up
Amazon CA, Amazon IN, Amazon JP, Amazon UK, Amazon US Use the current CartRover route from your Account Manager. Do not restart the retired MWS route.
BigCommerce Complete the secure BigCommerce authorization from your Account Manager.
Dear Systems, Linnworks, Skubana, ebay, Ecwid, Etsy, Zoho Inventory Ask your Account Manager for the current setup path and required account details.
TradeGecko Ask your Account Manager before using the card or assuming new setup is available.
MagicPanda, NetSDL Ask your Account Manager to confirm the current partner route and supported order scope.

Other catalog cards can be account-specific or retained for existing records. Let the card and your Account Manager determine the current route.

Broad partner coverage

Partner coverage pages describe vendor capabilities. They do not prove that a connection is enabled for your account.

Source What to use it for
Extensiv order sources Check the named sources available through the CartRover network.
NetSDL Review the partner platform before asking about a specific channel.
MagicPanda Review the partner services before asking about a specific marketplace.

Confirm the exact source, order types, and enabled services with your Account Manager.

Common settings across platforms

The selected card controls which settings appear. These labels can appear on more than one connection:

Setting What to check
Status Active allows future scheduled work. Inactive stops future work for this connection. Select Save.
Last Orders Sync Read-only source watermark when shown. It is not the last time the connection was checked.
Pull Customs Value From Selects the portal or connected platform as the customs value source.
Use Checkout Currency Keeps the source currency or converts values to USD.
Filters Restricts future order imports when the connection provides filter rules.
Mark Fulfillments Sends supported fulfillment or tracking updates back to the source.

Send fulfillment documents on Webshipper has a narrower effect than Mark Fulfillments.

Workflows

Workflow: Connect a new platform

Use Quick start. Stop before changing credentials if the card asks you to contact your Account Manager.

Workflow: Re-authorize an OAuth integration

Open the card with the Re-Authorize prompt. Select Re-Authorize and complete the provider sign-in.

Return to FedEx and confirm the expected status. If the prompt remains or no recovery control appears, contact your Account Manager.

Workflow: Disable an integration temporarily

Open the connection and set Status to Inactive. Select Save. Existing orders and other imported data remain.

To resume future synchronization, set Status to Active and select Save.
