Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot see User Management tab | Your account does not have the User Management permission | Ask your company administrator to grant you access |
| New user did not receive welcome email | Email may be in spam folder or email address is incorrect | Check spam folder; verify the email address and resend the invite |
| Cannot add a user with a specific email | A user with that email already exists on your account | Check both Active and Inactive tabs for the existing user |
| User cannot access a section after permission change | Browser may be caching old permissions | Ask the user to refresh the page or log out and back in |
| User is Active but still cannot log in | Password may be wrong or the reset email did not arrive | Send a fresh password reset from Account Management; the reset link email can land in spam |
Note: If you don't see the User Management option, ask your company administrator to update your access.
