Quick Summary: View the warehouses assigned to your account — see location details and status for each facility handling your orders.
Overview
The Warehouses tab shows the fulfillment facilities assigned to your account. This is a read-only list — warehouse assignments are managed by your Account Manager.
Navigate to your profile icon → Account Management → Warehouses.
Note: This tab is not visible if your account uses a single warehouse. Contact your Account Manager if you have questions about your warehouse assignments.
Warehouse List

| Name | Warehouse name |
| City | City where the warehouse is located |
| State | State or province |
| Status | Warehouse status (e.g., Active) |
| Country | Country |
| Local Address | Full street address of the warehouse |
Understanding Your Warehouses
Each warehouse in the list is a fulfillment facility that can receive, store, and ship your inventory. If you have multiple warehouses, orders may be routed to different facilities based on destination, inventory availability, or shipping rules configured by your Account Manager.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Warehouses tab not visible | Account uses a single warehouse | This is normal — the tab is hidden when only one warehouse is assigned |
| No warehouses listed | Warehouses not yet assigned | Contact your Account Manager to set up warehouse assignments |
| Warehouse shows unexpected status | Status managed by operations team | Contact your Account Manager for status questions |
