Detailed Guide
List Columns
The order list displays these columns:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Order Date | When the order was created |
| Source Date | Original transaction date from your platform |
| Fulfillment Date | When the order was shipped |
| Floship ID | Floship's internal reference number |
| Order ID | Your order reference (customer reference) |
| Tracking | Tracking number with link to carrier tracking |
| Courier | The shipping carrier assigned to the order |
| Ship From Location | The warehouse location shipping the order |
| Client | The client account (visible for billing company accounts) |
| Status | Current order status (see Order Statuses) |
| Exceptions | Any issues preventing the order from progressing |
| Tags | Custom tags you've assigned to the order |
| Addressee | Recipient name from the shipping address |
Tip: Click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the order list to find orders quickly.
What you can search: - Order ID (your customer reference) - Floship reference number - Tracking number - Recipient email - Destination country - Product SKU
- Serial number
Tip: The serial number search covers both order-line serials and serials captured when the warehouse received items back (for example, after a return inspection).
Advanced search — click the field selector icon to search specific fields: - Floship ID - Order ID - Tracking number - Invoice reference - Product SKU - Serial number - Packaging SKU - Destination country - Destination email
The Serial Number search finds orders whether the serial was recorded on the original order lines or captured by the warehouse when receiving items back (for example, after a return inspection).
Type your search term and press Enter. Click the clear button to reset the search.
Custom Select
Click the Custom Select icon (list with checkmarks) in the toolbar to search many orders at once by a specific field. This is useful when you have a list of values from another system — for example, a batch of serial numbers or tracking numbers.
- Click the Custom Select icon
- Pick a Field — for example, Serial Number
- Paste your values into the Values box (comma, space, line break, or semicolon separated — or pick a delimiter)
- Click Search
The list then shows only orders matching those values. Click Reset to default in the sidebar to clear the selection.
Tip: The Serial Number field here also finds orders whose serials were recorded by the warehouse when receiving items back (for example, after a return inspection) — not only serials recorded on the original order lines.
Filters
Open the filter panel to narrow the order list by multiple criteria at once.

Tip: Combine multiple filters to find exactly what you need. For example, filter by Status: On Hold + Exceptions: Out of stock to find all orders waiting for inventory.
Date filters — filter orders by date range:
- Order date — when the order was created
- Fulfilled date — when the order was shipped
Sorting and Pagination
- Sorting — click any column header to sort ascending. Click again for descending.
- Pagination — the list shows 50 orders per page. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate.
- Row count — the footer shows how many orders match your current filters.
Column Customization
You can choose which columns appear in your order list and in what order:
- Click the gear icon (Select Columns) in the order list header
- Drag columns from Available Columns to Columns in Display to show them
- Drag within Columns in Display to reorder
- Click Apply to save your layout
Your column layout persists across sessions. Use this to show only the fields relevant to your workflow — for example, hide warehouse columns if you use a single location, or add insurance columns if you frequently ship insured orders.
Export
Download your order data as an Excel file for reporting or analysis.
Click the Download icon and select:
| Option | What You Get |
|---|---|
| Export by Order | One row per order with header-level details |
| Export by Order Line | One row per item line — useful for item-level analysis |
| Download Labels | Bulk download of shipping documents (see Labels & Documents) |
Note: Large exports may take a few minutes to process. You'll receive a notification when the file is ready, and the download starts automatically in your browser. If the portal is open in several browser tabs, the file downloads only once — from a single tab.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Order list is empty | Filters are too restrictive | Clear all filters and search terms |
| Can't find a specific order | Order may be archived or search term doesn't match | Try different search fields, or enable Include Archive filter |
| Serial number search returns no orders | The serial was recorded only on items received back (for example, a return), and older searches covered order lines only | Use the Serial Number field under Custom Select — it also matches serials captured when the warehouse received items; otherwise check the serial for typos or extra spaces |
| Export takes too long | Large number of orders | Apply date range or status filters to reduce the export size |
| Columns are missing | Display customization or permissions | Contact your company administrator to check your access level |
