Packaging

Packaging

Quick Summary: Manage the boxes and packaging materials used to ship your orders.

Overview

Packaging defines the boxes, envelopes, and other packaging materials available for shipping your orders. Each packaging item has specific dimensions, weight, and material type that couriers use for rate calculation.

Two types of packaging exist: - Client Packaging — custom packaging you provide to the warehouse - Company Packaging — standard packaging provided by Floship

Note: Only Client Packaging is deducted from your stock when used on an order. Company Packaging is never deducted from your stock — it is managed by Floship.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Inventory → Packaging
  2. Open an existing packaging item or ask your Account Manager about adding new packaging
