Salla Integration

Quick Summary: Connect your Salla store to Floship using Salla's OAuth authorization so orders automatically import and tracking details push back.

Overview

The Salla integration connects your Salla store to Floship. Once connected, new orders are imported automatically and tracking numbers appear in Salla after fulfillment.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Integrations and click Add New Integration
  2. Select Salla
  3. Enter your Salla store domain and click Continue
  4. Log in to Salla and grant permissions
  5. Review settings and click Save

What the Integration Does

Once connected, the integration can:

  • Import new orders from Salla into Floship
  • Push tracking details back to Salla after an order is fulfilled

  • Sync inventory from Floship to your Salla store (when enabled)

Note: Only orders placed after the integration is connected are imported. To import older orders, contact support at qa-testing+operations@floship.com.

Before You Connect

Make sure you have:

  • Admin access to your Salla store
  • Your Salla store domain (e.g., mystore.salla.sa )
  • Product SKUs already created in Floship that match your Salla products

Step-by-Step Connection

Step 1: Start the Connection

  1. Click your profile iconAccount ManagementIntegrations

  2. Click Add New Integration

  3. Select Salla from the platform list
  4. Enter your Salla store domain in the authorization prompt
  5. Click Continue

Step 2: Log In to Salla

You are redirected to the Salla login page. Enter your Salla account credentials and click Log In.

Step 3: Grant Permissions

A permissions request screen appears (in Arabic or English). Review the requested access and click Grant Permissions to authorize the integration.

Step 4: Confirm

Once authorization is complete, you are redirected back to Floship and your Salla integration settings page opens. The integration shows as Active.

Tip: Orders begin importing automatically within minutes after connection.

Integration Settings

Status

Toggle between Active and Inactive. When inactive, no orders are imported and no sync occurs.

Info Fields

After connecting, these read-only fields display your store details:

Field Description
Shop URL Your Salla store domain
Merchant ID Your Salla merchant identifier
Email Email associated with your Salla account
Last Orders Sync Timestamp of the most recent order import

Order Settings

Setting Description
Order Statuses Slug Select which Salla order statuses trigger import
Ignore Not Found Items Skip line items whose SKU doesn't match any product in Floship. When disabled, the entire order fails if any SKU is unrecognized
Use Checkout Currency Use the currency from Salla checkout (Use original currency) or convert to USD (Convert to USD)

Inventory Settings

Setting Description
Sync Inventory Push inventory quantities from Floship to your Salla store
Inventory Threshold Reserve quantity — keep this many units as a buffer per product so inventory doesn't run out. Only available when Sync Inventory is enabled

Fulfillment Settings

Setting Description
Mark Fulfillments Push tracking numbers back to Salla when orders ship
Pull Customs Value From Choose whether customs values come from Salla or from Floship

Filters

After saving the integration, you can add Filter Rules to control which orders are imported based on criteria such as SKU, shipping method, or tags.

Viewing Integration Details

To see your Salla integration details:

Click on the Salla Integration under Account ManagementIntegrations.

The detail page shows your shop domain, last sync timestamp, currency settings, and other configuration.

Re-Authorization

Floship periodically improves Salla integration features and may request new permissions. If a Re-Authorize button appears on your Salla integration:

  1. Open the Salla integration
  2. Click Re-Authorize
  3. Complete the Salla authorization flow
  4. You are redirected back and syncing resumes

Workflows

Workflow: Connect a New Salla Store

When: You need to start importing orders from a Salla store.

Steps:

  1. Click your profile iconAccount ManagementIntegrationsAdd New Integration

  2. Select Salla

  3. Enter your store domain and click Continue
  4. Log in to Salla and grant permissions
  5. On the settings page, configure Order Statuses Slug
  6. Toggle on Sync Inventory if needed
  7. Click Save

Result: Orders from your Salla store appear in Floship within minutes.

Workflow: Enable Inventory Sync

When: You want Floship to update inventory in Salla.

Steps:

  1. Open your Salla integration
  2. Toggle Sync Inventory to Yes
  3. Set an Inventory Threshold if you want a buffer quantity
  4. Click Save

Result: Inventory quantities from Floship are pushed to your Salla store on the next sync cycle.

Workflow: Re-Authorize After Permission Changes

When: A Re-Authorize banner appears on your Salla integration.

Steps:

  1. Open the Salla integration
  2. Click the Re-Authorize button
  3. Complete the authorization flow on Salla
  4. Verify the integration returns to Active

Result: The integration reconnects with updated permissions and syncing continues.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Solution
Orders not importing Integration is inactive or order status filters are too narrow Verify the integration is Active and review the Order Statuses Slug selection
Re-Authorize banner appears New features require additional Salla permissions Click Re-Authorize and complete the authorization flow
SKU mismatch — order fails to import A product SKU in Salla does not exist in Floship Enable Ignore Not Found Items or create the matching SKU in Floship
