Webshipper
Before You Connect
Before connecting Webshipper, prepare a Webshipper user that is allowed to work with external integrations.
- Log in to Webshipper using your normal Webshipper login URL.
- Check the first part of the URL before
.webshipper.io. This is your Account Name in Floship. - In Webshipper, open your user or team settings.
- Create a dedicated integration user, or choose an existing user that can be used for integrations.
- Make sure that user belongs to a group or role that can access:
- Orders
- Shipments
- Webhooks or live notifications
- Labels and shipping documents
- If you are unsure, ask Webshipper support to confirm that this user can connect external integrations and use Webshipper API/OAuth login.
Connecting
- Select Webshipper from the platform list
- In Account Name, enter only the first part of your Webshipper login URL
- Enter your Webshipper User name and Password
- Click Continue
For example, if you log in to Webshipper at demo-store.webshipper.io, enter demo-store in Account Name .
Do not include https://, .webshipper.io, spaces, or a display name such as Webshipper Demo Store .
If your Webshipper login URL is demo-store.webshipper.io, enter demo-store, not a shortened company name or display name .
Note: Your Webshipper user name and password are used only to connect the integration. They are not stored in Floship.
Tip: If you can log in to Webshipper in your browser but setup still fails in Floship, check that the Webshipper user has integration access and the permissions listed above.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials rejected | API key or secret is incorrect or expired | Double-check your API credentials. Regenerate them in your platform's settings if needed |
| "Re-Authorize" banner (OAuth platforms) | Authorization token has expired | Click the Re-Authorize button and complete the authorization flow again |
| Orders not importing | Integration inactive or filters excluding orders | Verify the integration is Active and check that filter rules are not excluding orders |
| Integration disabled automatically | 5 days of connection failure | Floship disables integrations after continuous connection failure. Fix your credentials and re-enable |
