Quick Summary: Manage your address book — save shipping addresses, exporter details, importer information, and customs broker contacts for use across orders.
Overview
The Addresses page lets you save and manage addresses used throughout the portal. Instead of entering address details every time you create an order, you can store them here and select them when needed. Address types include your Address Book (consignee/recipient addresses), Exporter addresses, Importer addresses, Customs Broker contacts, and Location Addresses.
Quick Start
- Click your username in the top-right corner
- Select Addresses
- Choose an address type tab (e.g., Address Book)
- Click Add New
- Fill in the required fields
- Click Save
- The address is now available when creating orders
Detailed Guide
Address Book
Your Address Book stores recipient/consignee addresses. These can be selected when creating orders to auto-fill shipping details.

Exporter Addresses
Exporter addresses represent the shipper or sender details that appear on commercial invoices and shipping documents.

Tip: Set up exporter addresses for each warehouse or ship-from location you use. The correct exporter details appear on commercial invoices automatically.
Importer Addresses
Importer addresses are used for shipments where an importer of record is required. These appear on customs documentation.

Ship From Locations
Ship From Locations define specific shipping locations tied to your account (e.g., different warehouse return addresses or office locations).

Common Workflows
Workflow: Add a New Shipping Address
When: You regularly ship to a specific address and want to save time when creating orders.
Steps: 1. Go to Addresses → Address Book 2. Click Add New 3. Fill in the recipient's Company, Full Name, Address, and Country 4. Click Save
Result: The address appears in your address book and can be selected when creating orders.
Workflow: Set Up Exporter Details
When: You need the correct shipper information on commercial invoices for a specific origin country.
Steps: 1. Go to Addresses → Exporter 2. Click Add New 3. Enter your Company name and Tax ID / EORI 4. Set the Ship-From Country 5. Select the Ship-To Countries this exporter applies to 6. Fill in the full address 7. Click Save
Result: The exporter details are automatically used on commercial invoices for matching shipments.
Workflow: Edit or Delete an Address
When: Address details have changed or are no longer needed.
Steps: 1. Go to Addresses and select the correct tab 2. Find the address in the list 3. Click on it to open the edit form 4. Update fields and click Save, or click Delete to remove it
Result: The address is updated or removed from your list.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |

| Cannot find saved address when creating an order | The address may be on a different tab or filtered by country | Check the correct address type tab and verify the country matches |
| Missing Addresses option in menu | Menu item may not be visible in some configurations | Contact your Account Manager |
| Exporter details not appearing on commercial invoices | Ship-From and Ship-To countries may not match the order | Verify the exporter's country settings match the shipment route |
| Cannot delete an address | The address may be in use by active orders | Wait until associated orders are completed, or create a new address and update future orders |
