Quick Summary: Review order activity, exceptions, and shipping trends from one page

Overview

Dashboard is a top-level item in the main navigation. It summarizes current order and shipping activity across the widgets available to your account.

Widget availability depends on enabled account features, access controls, and dashboard configuration. Hidden widgets are unavailable to that account.

Review current activity

  1. Select Dashboard in the main navigation.
  2. Scan the summary counts and action rows for work that needs attention.
  3. Select a linked count or action row to open its filtered records.
  4. Review the charts and tables for order, courier, source, and product patterns.

Some summary counts open filtered lists. Charts and other counts are display only.

Dashboard widgets use summary data that can refresh separately from detailed records. Use the filtered list when you need to review an order in detail.

Set the date range

Use the controls at the top of the dashboard to change the reporting period:

Quarterly Past 90 days
Yearly Past 365 days
Date Choose an exact start and end date

The date controls appear when at least one dated summary chart is available. Select the Refresh icon to reload the dashboard widgets. Refresh also resets the warehouse filter to All Warehouses.

Review the main widgets

The first pane can contain these widgets:

Orders Trend Fulfilled orders by fulfillment date
Country Statistics Leading destination countries
Couriers Statistics Leading couriers by fulfilled orders
Source Statistics Leading order sources by fulfilled orders
Quick View Counts that need attention
Account Status Balance, payment, and delivery information when available

Quick View

Each available row opens a filtered list:

Row Opens
Orders with Incorrect Address/postal code Orders with address or postal-code exceptions
Shipping Errors Orders with shipping exceptions
On-Hold ASN’s ASNs with On Hold status
Out Of Stock Orders with out-of-stock exceptions
Pending Approval Orders awaiting approval

Account status

Review the fields that apply to the account:

Field Meaning
Current Usable Balance Displayed estimate of usable balance; it does not confirm credit authorization
Payment Due Amount Amount currently due
Payment Due On Due date for the outstanding amount
Delivery Percentage Delivered share of orders included in the summary

Zero or inapplicable amounts can be hidden.

Order analysis

Order Analysis appears when at least one of its widgets is available. Its summaries can include:

Summary Details
Orders Added Today, Incomplete, Fulfilled, In Transit, Cancelled, and Delivered counts
Work Orders Pending Confirmation, Pending Quote, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled counts
ASNs Pending Arrival, In Review, Approved In Last 48 Hrs, and Cancelled counts
Returns Others, Pending Shipment, Pending Receipt, and Received counts

The Orders, Work Orders, and ASNs summaries appear only when their related account features and read access are available. Returns follows the same pattern.

Most summary counts open a filtered list. Added Today and Approved In Last 48 Hrs are display only. The Returns row Others includes canceled, expired, on hold, and rejected returns.

Below the summaries, available charts can include Order Trend, Average Transit Time (Last month), and In Transit Orders. They can also include Orders Pending Fulfilment or Tracking Not Updated (Last 2 days) and Country Statistics. These charts do not open filtered lists.

Average Transit Time (Last month) also has a Courier filter.

Warehouse Analysis

Warehouse Analysis groups shipment and product movement widgets:

Shipment by Status Orders grouped by shipment status
Warehouse Usage Storage use by warehouse
Return Orders Return volume by status
Highest Shipped SKU’s (Last 3 months) Products shipped most often
Slow Moving SKU's (Last 3 months) Products with the lowest movement
Low Stock Inventory (Last 3 months) Products with low available quantity

The Warehouse selector filters these widgets when more than one warehouse is available. With only All Warehouses, the selector is disabled. These widgets are display only.

Troubleshoot missing or unexpected results

Issue Cause Solution
A widget is missing Account features, access, or dashboard configuration can exclude it Contact your account manager to confirm the required access
A count does not open a list That count or chart is display only Use the filtered state in Orders, ASNs, Returns, or Work Orders
A summary does not match a filtered list Dashboard summary data can refresh separately from detailed records Reload the dashboard and compare again; review the filtered list for current work
A chart shows no data The selected period may contain no matching fulfilled orders Choose a wider range when available, or confirm the underlying records
