Order List
Order List
At a glance: Find an order, check its fulfilment or tracking state, and export details for selected orders.
Overview
The Orders list shows the non-return orders available to your account. Search, date ranges, and filters narrow the list. Open an order to review or update it.
The default view excludes archived orders. Choose Include Archived in the filter panel to add them.
Quick start
- Open Orders → Orders List.
- Enter a company ID, Order ID, tracking number, or recipient name in Search.
- Open Add filters for date ranges and other conditions.
- Select the FedEx ID or Order ID to open Order Details.
- Select orders, then choose Bulk action or Download when you need a list operation.
Find orders
Search
Type a value in Search, then press Enter. Select the clear icon to remove the search.
Searches can match these fields:
- FedEx ID
- Order ID
- Tracking number
- Product SKU recorded on the order items
- Recipient name
Recipient name search includes canceled and fulfilled orders for your account. Recipient email, destination country, and serial number are not general search fields. Use the controls below when you need exact values.
Bulk search
Use Bulk search to search many exact values at once. This is useful for serial numbers, tracking numbers, or references from another system.
- Select Bulk search. On a phone, open … first.
- Choose a Field.
- Paste the values into Object IDs.
- Choose another delimiter if your list does not use spaces, commas, or line breaks.
- Select Search.
Available fields are FedEx SO Number, Order ID, Tracking number, Invoice Reference, Product SKU, Serial Number, Packaging SKU, Destination Country, and Destination Email.
The Tracking number field also recognizes supported package barcodes.
The Serial Number field matches serials stored on order lines and serials recorded on received return lines. The current Orders list scope still applies, so a match found only on a return may be available from the return records instead.
Select Reset to default in the panel to clear an exact-value search.
Filters
Open Add filters to combine conditions, including date ranges. Some filters appear only when your account or order setup supports them.
On phones, choices open in bottom drawers. Selected and pinned filters share a horizontally scrolling row below search.
| Category | Available filters |
|---|---|
| Account | Client, for billing company accounts |
| Origin | Warehouse, Ship From Location, Ship From Country |
| Destination | Destination Country |
| Delivery | Courier, Courier Group, Tracking Status |
| Order state | Status, Invoiced Status, Exceptions, Is Split |
| Contents and tags | SKU, Tags |
| Import and account features | Integration, Shipping Options, Automation Rule, Crowdfunding Order, Is Workshop |
| Customs and risk | Tax paid by, Reason of Export, Insurance, Is Insurance Claimed, Has Credit Note, Is Forwarded, Forwarded Condition |
| History | Include Archive; choose Include Archived to add archived orders |
Set Order date or Fulfilled date inside the filter panel. The date field's clear control removes its range.
Pinned filters
Pin a filter from its menu in Add filters. Pinned filters appear above the list and move to the top of the filter panel.
Select a pinned filter to change its value. Select Clear all to remove applied conditions while keeping the pinned set.

Summary cards
The cards above the table count the orders in the current list. Select a card to apply its filter to the list.
A large figure shows in a short form, such as 68K. Point at the figure to read the exact count.
The cards stay visible on a phone. They keep one row and scroll sideways, so the order rows keep their full height. To hide the cards on this page, turn off Show KPIs in Columns.
While the list loads, the placeholder rows take the same height as the order rows. The page keeps its position and the list does not jump when the records arrive.
Columns
The default columns are Order Date, Order ID, FedEx ID, Courier, Ship From Location, Tracking, and Status. Billing company accounts also see Client.
Add Source Date, Fulfillment Date, Exceptions, Tags, or Addressee from Columns. Order Date and Order ID stay visible.
Read the current state in Order Statuses. A populated Tracking link opens the tracking view.
Sort and page
Click a heading with sort arrows to sort ascending, then click again for descending. An up-down icon marks an unsorted sortable heading. A single arrow shows the active direction.
The list opens newest first by Order Date. Search, filters, and sorting return the list to its first page.
Each page shows 50 orders. Use the page controls below the table. The footer shows the displayed rows and matching total when available. It stays at the bottom during loading and empty results. A single page shows its result count without navigation arrows.
To review many shipments, filter by Tracking Status, then open the Tracking link in each matching row.
Choose columns
- Open Columns in the toolbar. On a phone, open … first.
- Choose an available column to show it, or remove a visible column to hide it.
- Drag visible columns to reorder them. On a phone, use the up and down buttons beside each column.
- Changes apply immediately. Select Reset to default to restore the standard layout.
The setting persists in this browser.
You can also drag a movable column's header grip. Focus the grip and use the left or right arrow key to move it. Use Wrap text to show long values on multiple lines. Reset column sizes restores automatic widths.
Order Date and Order ID cannot be removed.
Export and actions
Export selected orders
Exports use the orders you select, so apply any filters before selecting the rows.
- Select one or more orders.
- Open the Download menu.
- Choose Export by Order for one row per order.
- Choose Export by Order Line for one row per item line.
The portal prepares an XLSX file. A portal notification and an email provide a download link when the file is ready.
When label export is available for your order setup, Download Labels also appears in the Download menu. See Labels & Documents.
Bulk actions
When your account can change orders, select rows and choose an action from Bulk action. The available actions depend on the selected orders. See Bulk Actions.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Could not load orders appears | The list request failed | Select Retry. If it fails again, report the page and current filters |
| No orders appear | Search, filters, or list scope excludes the records | Clear the search and filters, or add archived orders where available |
| A known order is missing | The order is a return, is archived, belongs to another account, or does not match the search | Check the order type and account scope. Search by exact ID, or include archived orders where available |
| A general search finds no order | The value is a recipient email, country, serial number, or another field outside general search | Use the matching filter. Use Bulk search for serials and other exact fields where available |
| Bulk search returns no records | The selected field, value, or delimiter does not match the stored data | Confirm the exact field and values, then choose the actual delimiter |
| Download reports nothing selected | Export actions require selected orders | Select the rows, then run the export again |
| An export link has not arrived | The file may still be processing | Wait for the portal notification or email. Check the account that started the export |
| A row action is missing or disabled | The order is not eligible for that action | Point at a disabled control for its reason, or open Order Details to review the order |
