Account setup
Quick Summary: Open the account settings available to your user, update account preferences, invite team members, and manage sign-in security.
Overview
Account settings control order processing, notifications, connected services, integrations, users, and sign-in security. The settings available to you depend on your user access and account features.
Open Account Management from the profile icon. Depending on your access, it opens one of the available settings areas. Use the account navigation tabs to move between areas.
| Area | Use it for | |------|------------| | User Management | Invite users, change permissions, and deactivate accounts | | Preferences | Set order approval and account-wide order settings | | Additional Info | View business registration and agreement documents | | Integrations | Connect and manage services shown in the integration catalog | | Warehouses | View assigned warehouses. Hidden for a single-warehouse account | | Notifications | Choose portal and email notifications | | Order Email Notifications | Manage customer order update emails | | Embedded Forms | Manage return and tracking forms embedded on your website | | Security Settings | Manage verification methods and change your password |
Some tabs are hidden when your user lacks access or the related feature is not enabled.
