Stock and order behavior

Group stock is calculated from its components. The group does not have separately managed free stock.

For each warehouse, divide every component's available stock by its group quantity. The smallest result is the number of complete groups available.

When an order uses a group SKU, the order expands into separate component lines for fulfillment.

Group item detail page

Select a group item's SKU in the list to open it.

Actions

Action Description
Edit Change the description, components, or component quantities
Delete Remove the group item from the list

The group SKU stays read-only when you edit it. Deleting a group item removes it from future selection.

On Hand Available stock plus stock in orders being processed
Quarantine Returned stock held in quarantine
