Quick Summary: Choose the menu area for your task, then use the portal's Documentation link to return to these guides.

Find your task

Use Dashboard to review current activity, then open the menu area for the work you need. Menu items appear only when your account features and permissions allow them.

Open the documentation

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Documentation. The guides open in a new browser tab.

Use Portal Navigation for the full menu layout and common page controls. Use Account Setup when you need to review profile, account, or security settings.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Solution
A menu item described here is not visible Your user permissions or account features do not include that area Ask your organization's portal administrator to review the access you need
A guide does not match the current menu labels The guide may not reflect a recent account or portal change Use the label currently shown in your portal and report the page title to qa-testing+operations@floship.com
Account Management, Billing, or Shipping Calculator is not visible The corresponding access is not assigned to your user or account Ask your organization's portal administrator to review your access
